Joint Physical Care Petition

We The People undersigned below, hereby request that you, Governor Chet Culver, publicly support and sign into law, legislation creating a rebuttable presumption that a request for joint physical care is in the best interest of the child during the initial dissolution petition or during the proceedings on a modification of the original child custody order.
